The focus of the Signature Presentation and the Empower the Girls program is confidence-building, awareness, decision-making, and practical preparedness — the skills that help young women recognize risk and respond clearly before a situation escalates.
That said, every presentation includes a few practical self-protection techniques so participants leave with physical tools they can actually use —not just awareness.
For deep hands-on experience, an Applied Skills Lab is available as an add-on to all in-person Signature Presentations — giving smaller groups extened practice in a supportive, confidence-centered environment.

At this time, Empower the Girls presentations and workshops are designed specifically for young women and the unique social pressures, risks, and experiences they navigate.
Creating a safe space centered around those conversations helps students engage more openly, practice more confidently, and connect more deeply with the material.

Most events require standard AV support, including a microphone, projector/screen, and audio capability if video is included.
